Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These website terms explain general use of the New Grounds website. A contractor engagement is governed by the signed service agreement and its completed setup schedule. This page does not replace or change that agreement.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about New Grounds services and contact us. Please provide accurate information and do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit information you are not authorized to share.

Agency services and offer

Where confirmed in a signed agreement, New Grounds provides HVAC appointment-generation services for eligible residential installation or full-replacement estimate appointments. Eligible equipment is central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits. Repairs, maintenance, and commercial projects do not count toward the appointment target.

The current standard offer is a $9,000 agency fee paid upfront. A payment plan may be considered case by case and must be agreed in writing. The stated target is 72 qualified, booked appointments within 90 days, as defined by the signed agreement. If the target is missed, New Grounds continues agency services without an additional agency fee until the remaining appointments are delivered, subject to the signed agreement.

Advertising and third-party costs

The contractor separately funds advertising and applicable third-party costs. A suggested Google Ads budget of $100 per day is separate from the agency fee and is paid by the contractor directly to Google. This is a suggested planning figure, not a homeowner price or a guaranteed advertising result.

Appointment information

Appointments are represented as booked only after the connected calendar confirms that the appointment was saved. Service areas, calendar availability, contractor qualifications, and project-specific details are confirmed for each contractor in the written setup schedule. New Grounds does not publish or promise those details on behalf of a contractor unless they have been verified.

Changes and questions

Website information may be updated. Any change to an active contractor engagement must be made in writing through the applicable signed agreement or amendment. For questions about these terms, use the contact method provided on the New Grounds website.
